The Basics
Size, fit, climate and security.
What is a garage condo?
A garage condo is a large, private, finished garage unit within a secured property. Unlike a typical storage unit, it has its own overhead door, personnel door, power and climate control, and it is sized for RVs, boats, collector cars and other oversized vehicles.
How large are the garage condos?
Units are approximately 20 feet wide by 50 feet deep, about 1,000 square feet, with approximately 18-foot ceilings. Final dimensions should be confirmed before you buy or rent.
How tall are the garage doors?
The overhead doors are approximately 14 feet tall and have powered openers. Always measure your vehicle to its highest point and confirm door dimensions before committing.
Can I store an RV?
Yes. The units are designed with motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers in mind. Whether a specific RV fits depends on its height, length and width, so measure carefully and compare with the confirmed dimensions.
Can I store a boat?
Yes. Boats can be stored on their trailers. Measure the boat on the trailer, including any T-top, tower or outboard, and compare with the confirmed door and unit dimensions.
Can I store collector cars?
Yes. The climate-controlled interior and finished floor make the units well suited to classic, exotic and performance cars. Depending on their size, several vehicles may fit in one unit.
Are the units climate controlled?
Yes. Each unit shown has a ductless mini-split HVAC system, plus ceiling fans to keep air moving.
Are the units secure?
The property is gated and has perimeter security cameras. Each unit has its own lockable overhead door and personnel door.
Is there room to maneuver a large RV or trailer?
Yes. The property has large paved drives and turnaround areas intended to make it easier to position RVs, boats and trailers.
